1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Revital AI platform and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Revital AI provides a personal AI-powered tutor for nursing students, offering features such as study material generation, practice tests, flashcards, and AI-driven chat for educational purposes.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Content"), including lecture notes, documents, and other study materials. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Revital AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including those related to patient privacy (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our computer systems.
  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service. The code is proprietary and confidential. Any attempt to access, copy, or distribute the source code is a direct violation of these terms and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Revital AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Revital AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the information provided by the AI is always accurate, complete, or current. The Service is an educational tool and is not a substitute for professional medical or academic advice. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. In no event shall Revital AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
